UPDATE: Our new, temporary hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm.
Saturday: 9 am – 2 pm.
We understand that many businesses, schools, and organizations have temporarily closed or asked their workers to telecommute for now and in the weeks ahead.
However, as a veterinary medical facility, we also understand the importance of being able to help you and your pets should any situations or emergencies arise. Pets, like people, need healthcare even during times of concern or crisis, and we’re committed to helping you and your pets throughout this challenging time.
If you are feeling ill or are being quarantined and need to drop off your pet, for regular treatment, food, medicine, or emergency care we are offering curbside drop off or pickup. Our staff can communicate the necessary treatment options and obtain authorizations via phone or email.
Early next week, we will begin Telemedicine, details to follow. It will enable our practice to continue the quality of care for those clients who would like to utilize this service.
We’re also following the CDC’s guidelines for offices and workplaces.
The American Veterinary Medical Association has published a beneficial list of information and FAQs for pet owners to help during this outbreak.
