After Hours Emergencies
Forest Hills Cat Hospital is NOT a 24-hour facility. We are open Monday and Wednesday till 8 pm and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday till 6 pm. Every Saturday and two Sundays a month, we are open until about 1:30 pm. On Saturday and Sunday nights, a doctor usually comes in to check on the hospitalized cats. The same policy applies to the Sundays that we aren’t open in the morning; a doctor comes in to do rounds.
Contact Emergencies
If you have an emergency after hours, please call the office, and instructions will be given to you by our answering machine. The below-mentioned are your options. These are 24/7 emergency clinics. In the 24-hour hospitals, you have the option of taking your cat out of these facilities if it is stable enough, or you can leave your cat there if it is unstable, or you may bring him/her directly to our office at 8 am on weekdays and Saturdays. If you are uncertain as to what to do, please call and speak with one of our doctors.
